To Contact the Event Organizers… You may e-mail us at experience@paranormalcanada.com .  Please DO NOT e-mail us to submit a case or to try and get any messages to the cast.  They have their own methods of contact, which you can find by visiting the Official PRS Website.

But first, please check our Frequently Asked Questions below to see if it answers your question:

1) HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT VENUE THE LOCATION WILL BE?

You will be notified via e-mail with all pertinent information, including venue locations.  You can also check under “Schedule & Locations” when that information is updated.  You will be notified at least 1 week before event.

2) I’M UNDER 18.  HOW CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT?

People under 18 will be admitted in to the show.  If you are under the age of 14, however, we ask that you come with a parent/guardian.  We view this show the same as a PG-13 film.  For ghost hunts, please contact us if you are planning to buy a ticket and are under 18 and plan to come unaccompanied.

3) HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKET?

You will be notified via e-mail with all pertinent information, including how to gain admittance in to the event, at least 1-week before event.

4) I DON’T SEE ANY DATES CLOSER TO ME.  WILL THERE BE MORE?

Yes.  Please sign up for our newsletter (sign-up form on right-hand side) to stay up-to-date and find out how you can demand a location near you.  Please note, however, that we cannot come to small or medium sized locations.  We will aim for large cities in order to reach the most amount of people.
